Glasgow born Ross Craib is an international touring musician, accomplished drummer and songwriter; Based in London, he performs and writes with many different artists, across a range of genres. Over the years, he has worked in live, radio, TV and promotional campaigns with a host of homegrown and International artists.
Currently working for artist dodie, Ross can be heard performing on her Top 5 UK Official Album, 'Human EP' and her hotly anticipated debut album 'Build A Problem' (due March 2021);
Ross's drumming features on 9 of the new tracks, including lead singles 'Cool Girl' & 'Hate Myself', both of which were broadcast as Annie Mac's Hottest Records in the World on BBC Radio 1; This is the 4th time dodie has been awarded such an accolade with Ross in the chair; 'Guiltless' and EP title track, 'Human' (with Brit Awards Winner - Tom Walker as a guest vocalist) also featured.
Prior to Covid, EU, UK & US tours were all scheduled for this year.
When not performing in a session capacity, Ross is a songwriter and co-producer with Circumnavigate; an alt-pop 4-piece who have had a break out 2020; Landing 3 singles in multiple New Music Friday & Spotify editorials, their listenership reached 60,000 with over a million streams. They have also placed music for major bank, DNB, and US feature film, 'Almost Paris', directed by Domenica Scorsese.
Ross has also released his first book, titled 'The Touring Musician's Survival Guide', which aims to educate aspiring and existing musicians in how to become well-rounded touring professionals. It was released in January 2020. (follow the link for info)
